Elegant Tile completed everything from start to finish (removal of the old tile to installing the new). Not only did I have new tile installed on the floor, I also had a stacked rock on 2 walls. We moved to Grand Island from Arizona where we fell in love with the look of natural stone. We wanted to achieve that same look but had everyone trying to talk us out of it as natural stone is "difficult" to install and "tricky" to work with. They embraced the challenge of working with natural stone and helped us create stone works of art in our home.
Tim Danielson and his sons are a joy to have in the home, are very hard working and reasonably priced for the beautiful work they do. When Deanna and I were considering remodeling the bathroom downstairs, we weren’t sure who to turn to. There are a lot of contractors to pick from. However, after a few meetings with you (at the golf course of all places), it became apparent that we should have you and your team of professionals do the work. That turned out to be a great decision. When we first met it was apparent that you pay a great attention to detail. From day one you and your team did exactly that. You did exactly what your quote stated.
Deanna and I were pleased with your work from day one, covering up other areas of the basement so dust wouldn’t fall everywhere, to the plastic on the steps so they too wouldn’t be covered with ground in dust and debris. We further appreciated you having the tile saw outside so when in use, the dust wouldn’t fall and cover everything in the basement. That caused numerous trips up and down the stairs, but it did keep the work area clean.
Your exact measurements were spot on so very little material was left over, and the preventative measures taken to insure when the project was completed it will last for the next 20+ years were stellar. Those additional services required of other contractors were timed perfectly so there never was an interruption that kept the project from being completed on time.
The list could go on and on, but let me cut to the chase and say, “we are TOTALLY satisfied with your work”, and will let any other possible clients of yours look and the job, or call us for a recommendation of the services you provide. You and you team of professionals are courteous, friendly, hard working, trustworthy and honest, and a joy to have around.
